Up Dates!I haven't posted in awhile again, but over the last month we have been working on new songs
and recorded a new LIVE CD from our show we did at Vinny's on June 21st. We played the Le Corusse Rouge last Saturday
the 26th with Standing Point and Krotch. WOW! if you were there you were treated to one hell of a great night of ROCK! and
good times. We released our new CD "LIVE SMOGG". Only 50 copies of this CD were made and we now only have 24 left.
If you did'nt get one there going fast. We are taking the next 3 weeks off and looking to do another show in Aug. on the
16th or 23rd. We have the Kern County Fair coming up in Sept. and we plan on going back into the recording studio in Oct.

HOT HOT HOT!Yesterday June 15th was a great Fathers day , American Smogg played the 4th annual
Bakersfield Thunder Run. We were the last act for the event and it was pretty hot, the vender's seemed to enjoy our music
while they packed up. Only a few ventured into the sun in front of the stage. We had a great time anyways. Brent(Chaz)Brown
came out and helped load equipment and took video for us,THANKS Brent, and thanks to MEATHEAD from KRAB radio for inviting
us to play. We are looking forward to next Saturday at Vinny's.

I've been lacking again(B-days/Thunder Run)Well I've been so busy lately, so I'll just use that as a excuse why I have'nt posted in awhile.
Last Friday we celebrated my wife's birthday by going to the Junction and partying the night away. Saturday we had a surprise
birthday party for BEBO. What a partying weekend we all had. We have been asked to play the 4th annual Bakersfield Thunder
Run this coming weekend at the K.C.Fair grounds. The event runs Sat. the 14th and 15th of June. We go on at 2pm on Sunday
the 15th. Hope to see you all out there. Richard

the weekend of May 31-June1Time to post again. We played The Oasis last Saturday and it was our most disappointing show so far. Where
was everyone? The weekend ended on a better note when we play The Bakersfield Dome in front of the Bright House Networks cameras
for a episode of KRAB radio's DAMAGED TV. The interview went pretty good and our set was just as good. We will be
posting when our epasode will be aired on Bright House Networks ch.21 when we know. Richard

A whole Month without a blogIts been a whole Month since my last blog. The band just played our first 4 hour gig last Saturday at B*Ryders.
Was a great show and we had our biggest crowd so far. B*Ryders is a cool venue to play. Doesn't have that big of a stage
or a sound system, but the acoustics are pretty good. The staff is great and they treated us pretty damn good. It was a long
night and there was a fight, but we just kept on playing. We made a few new fans and friends. Our next gig is May 31st. in
Taft at the Oasis. Hope you see you there. Richard
